Pavel Heczko brings extensive experience in business, investment, and technological innovation to FLOWBOX. He remains a partner at Behind Inventions, an investment group focused on equity investments in companies with global potential, including FLOWBOX itself.
Pavel is an expert in strategy, business scaling, digital transformation, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy. Over his career, he has held senior leadership roles in major organizations such as CSOB, KBC, EY, and ING, operating across Europe and beyond.
In addition to his business expertise, Pavel serves as an ambassador for the Czech Fintech Association and is a mentor at the Prague-based accelerator StartupYard. He is committed to supporting entrepreneurs and fostering innovation, and is also a member of the Aspen Institute, which promotes value-driven leadership and transatlantic cooperation.
